FAQ

FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most — from how we build our equipment to what happens after you place an order. Can't find what you're looking for? Our support team is just a message away.

Right here in India. We keep a close eye on quality at our own ZenFit facilities, so what you get is premium, built-to-last fitness equipment — not something mass-produced with corners cut.

Good things take a little time. Since every ZenFit product is built to meet our structural standards, manufacturing takes about 15–20 days before your order is ready to ship.

Once your ZenFit equipment is done — around that 15–20 day mark — it heads out the door. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on where you're located, and you'll get tracking info so you can follow it the whole way.

Your ZenFit equipment is covered for 3 years. The first year is comprehensive — mechanical parts, electronics, upholstery, all of it. And for the full three years, the frame and welds (the structural backbone of the machine) are protected too.

Absolutely — ZenFit works with home gyms and commercial facilities alike. If you're outfitting a whole space, reach out to our support team and we'll sort out timelines and shipping that fit your scale.

That's rare, since we pack every ZenFit product carefully, but it can happen in transit. If it does, just reach out within 48 hours of delivery with some photos, and we'll get it sorted — no cost to you, covered under our first-year warranty.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

At ZenFit, every piece of equipment is manufactured specifically according to your order. Unlike ready-stock products, our equipment is custom-built to order, which allows us to maintain greater control over quality, specifications, finishing, and structural integrity of each unit.

Order Confirmation & Manufacturing

Key points

  • Equipment is custom-built to order — not taken from ready stock.
  • Standard manufacturing period: approximately 15–20 working days.

Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed with ZenFit, the manufacturing process will begin. Since your equipment is produced specifically for your order, it is not taken from pre-existing ready stock.

During manufacturing, our production team works through multiple stages, which may include:

  • Material procurement and preparation
  • Cutting and fabrication
  • Welding and structural assembly

The manufacturing process generally takes approximately 15–20 working days. This timeline may vary slightly depending on the type of equipment, quantity ordered, customization requirements, availability of specific materials, and production workload at the time of your order.

  • Component installation
  • Surface preparation and finishing
  • Painting or coating, where applicable
  • Assembly of individual components
  • Installation of required accessories or customized parts
  • Final inspection and quality verification

Quality Inspection

Key points

  • Every unit undergoes final quality inspection before dispatch.

Before your equipment is cleared for dispatch, it undergoes a final quality inspection by our team. The inspection may include checking the overall construction, weld quality, dimensions, finishing, moving or functional components, accessories, and other relevant specifications depending on the equipment ordered.

If any issue is identified during the inspection, the necessary corrections will be completed before dispatch. This additional checking process helps us ensure that the equipment reaches you in proper condition and is ready for use.

Order Updates

Key points

  • You'll receive updates at key stages: confirmed → manufacturing → quality check → dispatch.

We understand that customers want to know the status of their order while it is being manufactured. Therefore, our team will keep you informed about the progress of your order wherever applicable.

You may receive updates regarding important stages such as: Order Confirmed → Manufacturing Started → Production Completed → Quality Check → Ready for Dispatch → Dispatched.

The estimated manufacturing period of 15–20 working days is provided as a general timeframe. The actual completion date may vary depending on production requirements and other operational factors.

Dispatch

Key points

  • Equipment is carefully packaged before handover to the logistics partner.
  • Tracking details are shared once the shipment has been dispatched.

Once manufacturing and final quality inspection are successfully completed, your equipment will be carefully prepared for transportation. Depending on the size, weight, and nature of the equipment, appropriate packaging and transportation arrangements will be made to help protect the product during transit.

After the equipment is handed over to the designated logistics or transportation partner, the order will be considered dispatched. You will receive the relevant shipping or tracking details once the shipment has been dispatched, wherever tracking is available for the selected transportation method.

Delivery Timeline

Key points

  • Delivery time after dispatch varies by location, distance and logistics conditions.
  • The 15–20 day period refers to manufacturing, not total delivery time.

For this reason, the delivery period after dispatch may vary from one location to another.

The delivery time after dispatch depends primarily on your delivery location and the transportation method used. Transportation time can be affected by several factors, including:

  • Distance between our facility and your delivery address
  • Delivery location and accessibility
  • Availability of suitable transportation
  • Size and weight of the equipment
  • Local logistics operations
  • Transportation routes and schedules
  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Local holidays and operational delays
  • Requirements for unloading or special handling of large equipment

Tracking Your Shipment

Key points

  • Tracking information may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, ZenFit will provide the available tracking or shipment information so that you can monitor the movement of your order.

Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch, as there can sometimes be a short delay between the shipment being handed over to the logistics partner and the first tracking scan appearing in the system.

You can use the tracking information provided to check the current status of your shipment and follow its progress until it reaches your delivery location.

Delivery & Receipt

Key points

  • Inspect packaging and equipment at delivery — report damage promptly.
  • Ensure an authorized person is available to receive the shipment.

When your equipment reaches the delivery location, please ensure that the shipment is received by an authorized person. For larger or heavier equipment, customers may need to make appropriate arrangements for unloading, movement of the equipment from the delivery point, and installation, depending on the product and the services included with the order.

We recommend checking the external packaging and the equipment for any visible transportation-related damage at the time of delivery. If you notice any significant issue, please document it with photographs/videos and contact the ZenFit support team as soon as possible.

Estimated Order Timeline

Key points

  • Order Confirmation → Manufacturing (15–20 days) → Quality Inspection → Dispatch → Delivery

As a general guideline, your order will move through the following stages: Order Confirmation → Manufacturing (approximately 15–20 working days) → Final Quality Inspection → Packaging & Dispatch → Transportation → Delivery to Your Location.

Please note that the 15–20 working day period refers primarily to the manufacturing stage and does not necessarily include the transportation and final delivery period.

ZenFit will make reasonable efforts to complete manufacturing and dispatch within the estimated timeframe. However, actual delivery dates may vary due to production requirements, transportation conditions, location-specific factors, or circumstances beyond our control.

Installation

Installation

At ZenFit, we aim to make the installation process as smooth and convenient as possible once your equipment has been delivered to your location.

Installation Scheduling

Key points

  • Installation is scheduled after the complete shipment has been received.
  • Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

Once your ZenFit equipment has been successfully delivered to your site, our team will contact you to coordinate and schedule the installation.

Installation will be scheduled only after the complete shipment has been received at the delivery location. This allows our team to confirm that the equipment has arrived and that the necessary components are available before the installation process begins.

We will work with you to identify a suitable date and time for the installation, based on technician availability and your preferred schedule.

Customer Availability During Delivery

Key points

  • An authorized person must be available to receive and inspect the equipment.
  • Report delivery issues promptly before installation is scheduled.

Please ensure that an authorized person is available at the delivery location to receive and inspect the equipment when the shipment arrives.

The equipment should be checked for any visible damage, missing packages, or other delivery-related issues before installation is scheduled. If any issue is identified, please notify the ZenFit team promptly and provide photographs or other relevant details where required.

This helps us identify and resolve any delivery-related concerns before our installation team visits the site.

Installation Process

Key points

  • Our team assembles and sets up the equipment per product specifications.

The exact installation procedure may vary depending on the equipment model, configuration, and installation requirements.

Our installation team will assemble and set up the equipment according to the applicable product specifications and installation requirements. Depending on the type of equipment, the installation process may include:

  • Unpacking the equipment
  • Identifying and organizing the supplied components
  • Assembly of the equipment
  • Connecting or fitting the supplied components
  • Adjusting the equipment where required
  • Checking the assembled structure
  • Performing basic operational checks
  • Ensuring the equipment is properly assembled before completion

Installation Charges

Key points

  • Installation charges depend on equipment type, location and site conditions.
  • Charges are communicated separately before installation is scheduled.

Installation is a chargeable service and is not included in the product price, unless specifically stated otherwise in your quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.

The applicable installation charges will depend on factors such as the equipment type, quantity, installation requirements, location, and other relevant site conditions.

The applicable charges will be communicated separately by the ZenFit team before the installation is scheduled. Installation will be carried out after the customer confirms the applicable charges and the installation schedule.

Spare Parts & Additional Components

Key points

  • Standard installation covers components supplied with the order only.
  • Additional parts or components may involve separate charges.

The standard installation service covers the assembly and setup of the equipment and components supplied with the order. It does not automatically include additional spare parts, replacement components, accessories, consumables, or components that were not included with the original equipment.

If any additional part or component is required, it will be treated separately and may involve additional charges for the part as well as any applicable service or installation charges. The customer will be informed of such requirements before proceeding wherever applicable.

Site Readiness

Key points

  • Ensure sufficient space, safe access and suitable flooring before installation.
  • Inform us in advance about narrow entrances, stairs or restricted areas.

If the equipment needs to be moved through narrow entrances, stairs, elevators, restricted areas, or other difficult access points, please inform the ZenFit team in advance. Additional manpower, special handling, transportation within the premises, lifting equipment, or other site-specific requirements may involve additional charges where applicable.

Before the installation team arrives, customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is reasonably accessible and ready for the equipment to be assembled. The installation area should have:

  • Sufficient space for assembly and installation
  • Safe and clear access to the installation location
  • Suitable flooring or surface conditions
  • Access to the equipment at the scheduled installation time
  • Any required site-specific arrangements communicated by ZenFit

Completion of Installation

Key points

  • Basic operational checks are performed before handover.
  • Raise any concerns at the time of handover wherever possible.

After assembly, our installation team will perform the necessary basic checks to ensure that the equipment has been installed properly. Once the installation is completed, the equipment will be handed over to the customer or authorized representative.

Any concerns regarding the installation should be brought to the attention of the installation team at the time of handover wherever possible.
